我想更改收件資訊!
A:如果想更改收件人姓名、地址或取貨門市,請進入「我的訂單」後傳送訊息給酒保,告知要修改的資訊,兩個工作天內會協助更改唷!(若送貨狀態為「已出貨」,不接受變更)如何取消訂單?
A:在「未付款」情況下,超過付款時間後系統即會自動取消訂單喔!我的訂單「已付款」後想取消,如何申請退款?
Step1:點擊網站右上角的人頭圖案,進入會員中心
Step 2. 請進入「訂單」→「查閱」
Step 3. 在最下方「賣家和顧客訂單通訊」欄位中,向酒保說「我想要申請退費,原因是⋯⋯」
Step 4. 送出留言後,酒保最晚會於下一個上班日回覆退款事宜。若送貨狀態為「已出貨」,恕不接受退費申請。除非收到包裹後保持商品全新狀態,7日內可申請「退貨」,退換貨申請詳見「退換貨政策」。
